The National Museum of Ireland-Natural History

Opened in 1857, this unique ‘cabinet-style’
museum houses galleries of animals from across
the globe, many of which are now endangered
or extinct. The lower floor is dedicated to
Irish specimens while the upper floor houses
everything from an armadillo to a zebra.
Open: Tue-Sat 10am-5pm, Sun-Mon 1pm-5pm.
Closed Christmas Day and Good Friday.
