On the historical corner of Nassau and
Kildare Street, directly opposite Trinity
College, you will find J.P. Mooney’s, a
traditional Irish pub with a modern twist.
With an extensive cocktail menu, a vast
selection of whiskeys and gins, a wide
range of Irish and international craft beer
and one of the creamiest pints of Guinness
around – you will surely find something to
tickle your fancy.
The building boasts an extensive history,
Nassau Street is where the famous Irish
writer James Joyce met his lifelong love, Nora Barnacle, and on J.P.’s corner they are
said to have had their first kiss. A lot has happened on the doorstep of Trinity College.
At J.P.’s we have big screens to watch the sport, live traditional music several nights
a week, and a cosy snug in which to relax and enjoy the atmosphere.
Traditional Irish food served all day long.
